Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo, ideally one that can work on wall signage on our building's exterior. I would like to keep the logo we have but make it bolder, cleaner and easier to identify from a distance, whether on a sign or, possibly, a tee shirt. Please utilize the reference image and bring in characteristics from the other artwork included. I am envisioning the arrow looking like a block print (clean, but flaws/character of a handmade piece of work. Art Deco and Art Nouveau are inspirations and will be used in the interior design of our taproom, so keeping with that would also be ideal. I like the font of the text, but the S in "sahale" needs to be fixed to match the other letters in thickness and uniformity. The design will be laser etched on a wood board made out of planks. A black and white design is required. The ability to used the logo on glassware, t-shirts, etc. is desired, but not required.
