Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello! We need a logo design for a social business based in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) called 'InSolar'. We promote the democratization of solar energy generation in low-income neighborhoods by instaling solar panels in local houses, businesses, schools, etc.

We would like to see designs that use warm colors (not too colorful). The final design should communicate innovation and be friendly (connection to people in a cool way that they would be happy to share our posts with their friends). We would like to avoid cliché elements, since the name of the business is pretty much self-explanatory. Out-of-the-box logos would be welcomed!

Anforderungen

Schön zu haben

• Brain-storm (not a requirement):
• 1) it would be nice if people smile when they see to logo and say "cool!" =)
• 2) we like scrawled/hand-drawn designs that look casual/informal;
• 3) a mixed design (partly hand-drawn and partly regular font... partly symmetric and partly asymmetric....partly formal and partly informal, etc) is also interesting, considering we are dealing with businesses with communities;
• 4) We are a social business, so it would be interesting to show this idea on the logo, without making it looks too heavy (we preffer a logo that looks clean);
• 5) even though we would like to connect to low-income communities, we also need to connect with high-income people to promote the business concept;

Sollte nicht haben

• Usually 'sun' is the first element that comes to our minds when we think about anything related to solar energy. We like the sun, but it is too common. So, what could be in place of it without beeing a sun? Maybe a sun that looks different from the common idea of how a sun should look like, or maybe in a different size, ...or something that looks different than the popular sun drawings... or no sun at all. We just want to scape from cliché.
