Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We will be taking the information from a webpage at afterliferesearch.org and putting it into a 12-page 4-color 8.5 x 11 magazine-type booklet that will look like an upscale company report. I need to have a design in Photoshop for the cover and two inside pages that I can use as the template for the pages. I likely will also need help putting it together once I start putting the contents into the pages. I may just decide on the content and have the designer create the booklet as an additional freelance contract. First, I need a design for (1) the front cover, (2) one information page taken from information on http://www.afterliferesearch.org/arei-project-management-staff/, and (3) one of the pages that has a researcher from this page on it: http://www.afterliferesearch.org/teaching-people-how-to-have/. That's designs for three pages. The designs have to be very professional looking and businesslike. We will be using the booklet to pitch to foundations and philanthropists. The work on the publication itself would be additional freelance work on an hourly basis.
