Hi Designcrowd :) I need a Logo design for a new brand for handcrafted design furniture and Home & Living products, produced by local artisans in Nicaragua. Fair trade and sustainability are important parts of our brand ID, combining design with traditional production techniques. The target market is Germany / Europe, specifically design oriented people aged 35+ with above average income and social awareness. Quality and price-range are medium to high. Brand ID: Handcrafted, Design, Natural materials, Fairtrade, Socially Responsible, SustainabilityAssortment - Home & Living items, furniture, hammocks, deco & accessories, mostly made of Teak Wood and 100% Certified Cotton. (please find some product drafts attached)Slogan: “Madre Madera – handcrafted & designed to make a change” – or “Madre Madera – fair. Handcrafted. design.”The logo will be used on: Webpage, Facebook, Instagram, catalogues, online-shops and also woven labels (for blankets, hammocks) and metal emblems. So far there are no preferences in terms of colours, the logo should work as coloured version as well as engraved in wood or metal emblems. Looking forward to your ideas!! • An idea I had was an abstract version or even combination of the core elements of Madre Madera:
• hand (handcrafted, handshake = fair),
• wood (natural resource)
• furniture (lounge chair, hammocks)
• But so far i haven't found a good example that also suits the premium target market. I am generally open also to different approaches and ideas!

Sollte nicht haben

• Too generic "NGO style" Logos. We had received plenty of these from logo generators and they didn't really meet our requirements.
