Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're an inspection software company with users world wide. We've had our current logo for 15 years and it's time to update. It was corny and funny originally but some of our users are demanding something more professional, and others are demanding we keep the current logo that they've associated with our company.

We'd like to keep the inspector image as part of the new logo but modernize it somehow (color and actual image could be changed). Current inspector image must be modernized/adapted into new design!

The majority of our users are home inspectors who use our software to create reports for their clients when purchasing homes. We do have non home inspectors using the software though for things like mold, commercial buildings, etc. The logo should get across that we're a inspector software company, not a home inspection company if possible.
