Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my new business, Thinc Business that provides Business Coaching and Advisory Services to small to medium enterprises. As well as the logo including the name Thinc Business, I want it to include Business Coaches & Advisors. This will make it easily apparent what the business does. The logo colours are dark blue as the background and white for the text.Text should be sans serif. Style should be modern and minimalist. I would prefer the logo to be text only but might consider a symbol as well. Although I don’t have any ideas about a suitable symbol.I’m also open to any suggestions or changes - so be creative but remember that Thinc Business provides business services to other businesses - so it has to rather conservative.
