Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We need a logo design for a new organization based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The central company to the organization is a commercial real estate development company and most of its projects are likely to be in the City of Toronto or in the Greater Toronto Area (Southern Ontario). Predominantly the company's projects are multi-residential in nature (eg. apartment buildings, seniors or student housing, townhomes). The two owners/principals of the company have decades of development experience each, particularly in the fields of engineering, land use planning, real estate appraisal and real estate financing. We would like to see designs that use the colours black and/or dark navy blue. The final design should communicate financial safety, corporate strength and capital growth. For some reference, our current website can be found at: blackstonecanada.com (website will likely need to be redone/improved after we decide on a new logo).
