Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The Wetland Credit Company is a new company that will help land developers and landowners find and create wetlands (like marshes) and buy and sell wetland credits. The Wetland Credit Company is based in Minnesota, USA. I want a logo design that is a calm wetland scene, with the sun in the background and a bird (a sandhill crane, see uploaded files) and wetland plants in the foreground. Ideally, the logo will be a hand-drawn illustration, scientifically and proportionally accurate. I want it to look more realistic than like a cartoon. It should look equally good in black & white and color. I want it to include graceful (curved, maybe sweeping) lines and be naturally framed by the plants and sun. Use the images in the uploaded files for inspiration. It should say Wetland Credit Company below or to the right of the image.
