Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Background in which the logo is inscribed: "madAM days" are the acronym for "Modeling and Design for Additive Manufacturing". This event consists of two days of conferences on the theme of modeling and design for additive manufacturing. The subjects discussed are therefore very technical and industrial. Additive manufacturing represents the industry of the future. It is a new way of making that upsets traditional practices. The order of the letters in the acronym makes it possible to bring out the word "mad", which brings to the logo a disruptive touch. Explanation of the construction of the current logo: The 5 horizontal lines above "mad" symbolize the additive manufacturing which is a technique of making by superimposing layers of material. The spectrum of light on the logo (from blue to red to green) represents the colors that appear in the simulation images. "AM" is highlighted (capital and red) because it is the acronym for "Additive Manufacturing" which means "additive manufacturing" in French (theme of the conference days). Our request: Rework the existing logo to make it more innovative. We want to keep the acronym "madAM days" with a font and a dynamic and modern design. We wish to bring a unity to the logo, a structure to give it more strength, impact. Given the complexity of the acronym, the logo must be easily readable and understandable at a glance. The logo must keep its two current dominant colors that are red and gray, recalling the logo of our company, organizer of the event. The baseline must also be kept. We would like to find a balance between a distinguished logo, fine and modern but still consistent with the field of technology in which it fits. The new logo must remain in line with the current logo provided. .................................................. ..........;
