Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a Website landing page design that suits our specific consumer on our new website. We are family owned business, that lease/rent single family homes to Tenants in Memphis, TN; Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Houston, TX; Tulsa & Oklahoma City, OK; Little Rock, AR; St. Louis, MO. We have over 5,000 homes in portfolio. Our customers live close to Schools, Churches, neighborhood parks and other single family homes. Our font package is helvetica condensed. We like the landing pages of hotpads.com and rent.com. We prefer a white background, but really like their idea with buildings that mean more to our clients that we mentioned above. I have uploaded two of our logo designs below.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Project must have a solid graphic design with a key feature for the home page of the website. We are looking for a graphic with single family homes, a school, a church maybe a park with active people riding bikes, walking pets etc... no real photography more of animated drawing with color and white background - see Project description above. File delivery must be an .ai file in vector graphics, the header image should be supplied in a separate .ai file so we can extract and animate that as an svg (keep vectors simple).

Schön zu haben

• Any program or coded (HTML 5) moving graphics, similar to the moving ballon and birds on the hotpads.com website

Sollte nicht haben

• We should not have any real pictures or any kind or colored backgrounds. The image itself can include colors for sure.
