Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My Company is Honor Sales, I would like to have a Eagle Feather as the symbol... as in Native culture the eagle feather is a sign of Honor. I would like to use the color red in it. I offer sales training and coaching to contractors, construction companies but also female entrepreneurs. I don't want to logo to be over the top Native looking but rather subtle and soft... a symbol in a professional way.
Honor Sales would be on one line and then underneath it the tagline would read
Training to help your sales soar
The final brand design should communicate increasing and growing your sales
