Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a the logo to be ELEGANT yet communicate CONSTRUCTION.
We want a unique logo designed by you and nothing about it to be copied from other companies logos. We do not want to have copyright issues and are requesting a custom made logo by you based on the file we uploaded, which was the logo we chose last week. The logo was withdrawn due to finding out that the designer copied parts of the logo from another companies logo. The part that was copied is the roof above our company name.
We need a new roof designed. The parts we like about the attached file is the way ELEGANT CONSTRUCTION is setup, with the hammer implemented into the letter T and a nail implemented into the letter N. We love the curved lines and want a elegant roof above the logo.
We do not want a standard, plain A shaped roof. We are looking for a modern, geometric roof design over the logo. We are happy with the way our company name is designed in that font with construction tools implemented into it, if you have other ideas how to implement this you are welcome to do so.

Feel free to implement both of our colors into the roof design and into the curved lines.
Please do not just copy the file we attached and post the same file back to us. Be creative, design a elegant roof around our company name and you might be the winner.


*IMPORTANT*
The chosen winner should be able to provide a .psd file with all the layers of our logo separated so we can edit it in the future if we wish. This will also show us that you did not just copy and paste our attached file.
We will also need a .png file with the background transparent and our logo in a pure BLACK color version.
We will also need a .png file with the background transparent and our logo in a pure WHITE color version.
