Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a new logo for a group healthcare coalition. These are nursing homes and retirement communities that are pooling together to get better health insurance rates. I would like the acronym, SOHO, to be the main part of the logo with the possibility of "Society of Ohio Healthcare Organizations" listed if not too long. Logo colors should be Pantone 377 and Pantone CoolGray 11. These facilities are part of LeadingAge Ohio www.leadingageohio.org.
