Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a well designed logo to use for my new business that I am currently setting up. The business is bicycle repairs to bikes of all forms from beginners to the well experienced cyclist, but with a view towards expanding and including other services through the business later e.g guiding and coaching. The company is called 'Switchbacks', so a logo with that incorporated in would be brilliant (a switchback is a corner on a steep incline designed to make it easier to climb or descend steep slopes). Ideally, the logo would be in gold or alternatively black but I am open to colour suggestions also. The business is going to be suitable to families that are in need of help with repairs on the kids bikes and such but also the serious cyclist so it shouldn't be too focused on one in particular, but a slight bias towards mountain biking is preferable. The design should include the name of the business in the centre and the rest is up for interpretation. I am open to suggestions for the design so it is up to you how the rest of the logo is designed. I have included some images of logos that I like the design of for some help into what I am after.
