Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an indie Rock band, Paragon Cause We are currently developing promotional material and want to develop a striking image of the band name OR LOGO that will be unique and help us with our branding.

Our music mixes retro 50s rock and roll with electronic music, some soul with garage rock and goth. We have a very strong feminist point of view yet we don't want anything that screams feminism unless its powerful and creative, nothing ;obvious or cliche. Our music is dark but catchy. Some bands we love and the designs they use would be The Raveonettes,The Suuns, The Cure

Alot of our music deals with the power imbalance between men and women with women taking the power back, but we are not an 'optimistic' band. We are a band who's songs deal with the struggle of dealing with rape, abuse and domestic violence. We have some optimism, but also explore the darkness of this. We also have a touch of anti-religiousness in our music, in a non-offensive way. More, anti-cult and anti-control. We would love to incorporate these ideas into the symbol.

The goal is to use this for Tshirts, buttons, stickers and other options.

Muss haben

• Striking but simple, modern with a retro vibe.
• Does not have to say Paragon Cause, it can be a striking logo or symbol that we can use.
• We like it to have a bit of a lo-fi vibe as well, no perfectly straight/clean lines. It can at some parts, but we want it to have a touch of danger or sexyness to it. A touch of anger.
• Can have a dangerous or strong attitude look. A scratched look, or film noir look. There should be an action and forward movement, an excitement about the image.
• We are ok with simple and creative

Schön zu haben

• A film noir style, or movie style. Something stylized

Sollte nicht haben

• No words like band or rock or anything like that.
• We would prefer not to have an image that looks too 'clean' or clinical.
• No pictures of guitars or instruments
