Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a corporate identity for a property company based in London, England. We will be offering sales, letting and property management services to both individual and corporate clients. We want to commuinicate that the company will be 100% service led, deal with individual client needs and utilise the latest technologies. Particular attention should be paid to the different print and electronic media that the logo is to be used on such as; property details, estate agents boards, company website and other online portals such as www.rightmove.co.uk and www.findaproperty.com. Ideally the chosen entry will work on producing marketing collateral moving forward. I have attached a couple of documents showing the a basic concept, i had an idea that the "&" would be bespoke and represent the logo aspect as such. This is my preferred option however everything but the name is negotiable and i look forward to your creative expression. I have also attached a couple of companies logos that i like the look and feel of, particularly the Douglas and Gordon multi toned banner.

The mid to upper end of the property market, primarily the Socio Economic groups will be A and B with a cross over to C a percentage of the consumer base has English as a second language.
