hello. i can recreate a clean version of the attached crest but you do not indicate if it is a must the 3d version. if not, what format do ypu need. ? tiff, png? 3d model can be done in 3dmax but your budhet is too low for this. please let me know. kind regards, vlad

Photoshop or illustrator will work. 3d is an option. Do you have a price for a C4D 3d? or .obj file?

photoshop or illustrator.. means BIG difference . One is Vector , the other is Bitmap type image. Two completely different approaches. Please stick to one. Vector image will never look , real life object . Looking forward your reply. Kind Regards, vlad
