I need a logo created for a nutrition and lifestyle program called "The Shift". The logo needs to be formatted with the vision of use on social media, apparel, and program website. The program goes beyond conventional nutrition systems in that it will provide tiers and levels from the initial client discovery phase to weight loss to maintenance and beyond.

• The program is unconventional and forward thinking. There will be four core sub-components to the program - it would be great if the "four" could be captured in the design without actually spelling out the word "four" or using the number 4.
• *** UPDATE *** - Due to Trademark Issues I am forced to slightly modify the name of my program :(
• I need to add the word "SHAPE" to the design. It now would become "SHAPESHIFT"
