T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want a t-shirt design paying homage to Modern Indian Relay Horse Racing Teams. I have the design in mind. And have attached a mock-up of how I'd like the design to look. The mock-up is the picture that says "WHO WANT THE SMOKE"I want to make sure extra attention is paid to the racers' and horses' war paint, headdresses, sunglasses, and bands around the arms.I have a background in mind and have attached the example. The one with the painted horses. I want those same looking horses in the background behind the jockey on the horse and the guy celebrating. The guy celebrating will be in the front, horse and jockey behind, and the painted horse in the background.This will be on a maroon or burgundy colored t-shirt
