Etikett-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have a logo (ai file) with our artwork, as well as all necessary text. I just need someone to put it all together and make it look neat, professional, and stylish, like a regular commercial wine bottle should be. This will be used for the front and back labels for our wine bottles for our very small home vineyard, not commercial use. I would like the style to be similar to the Silver Oak Napa Valley brand with simple colors (grey and silver), and transparent so they can be screen-printed. I need both ai and jpg files. Note: There need to be two versions of each label. One with the date on the front and the ALC percentage on the back to see the complete look. The second version, without these items. This is because we are having all bottles screen printed without this information since we have a very small production, and will be adding small stickers WITH the information during bottling so that we can use the same bottles for years to come. Art file is attached. Front label text in addition to art: Cabernet Sauvignon 55% / Merlot 45% 2018 California.
