Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am an individual contractor that works in international development with international non-governmental organizations, US government agencies and other actors in the field of gender equality and social inclusion. I primarily do training design (for gender sensitivity, sexual harassment, etc.) and grant writing. Many of my clients are international and I do much of my work in Sub Saharan Africa. I have just created a single-member LLC to continue my work as an individual contractor providing support to the actors above to make sure development projects, strategies, etc. work to promote equality and inclusion versus potentially exacerbate them. I've done recent work with UN Women- http://www.unwomen.org/en. Their site might give you a good idea of what I do.

I am looking for a simple and modern logo to use for my LLC. The name is LPG Gender & Inclusion Consulting- not sure if I am interested in having all the wording or not (welcome your expertise there). I would like something that is simple but original that potentially depicts (doesn't have to be super obvious) something related to equality or inclusion, inclusive, global communities, etc. I am completely open to designer ideas my only strong preference is for something original and clean looking.
