WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,
We are starting up an online tuition website for non- English speakers wishing to take an IELTS test.

The webpage must include a place for people to enroll online in the course.
The home page must have:
• room for a logo (coming shortly, blue in colour)
• different packages of online tuition and paypal
• tool bar showing different pages
• perhaps a video, small pictures

This is my site currently:-

as you can see, I am not very sure how to create a website … The large logo is what I would like to use, but I project has not been finalized yet. Please note, I don’t like the logo being that large!

One thing I need is a place for student s to enroll, and if possible, I would like to use moodle to create exercises for students.
Currently, my site is using wordpress. My preference is to use moodle for online activities. I am not sure if I can use both.
