One page...clear enough to be read if faxed. This mental health clinic treats depression/anxiety in kids and adults. It also treats opiate and alcohol addiction. It's in downtown Elmira, NY and the owner of the clinic is from Elmira NY, where it's located. This clinic does not take health insurance, so it charges a low rate of $75 a visit once they pay the $125 starting fee.
