I am not sure how to lower the star rating I can't find the option on site

Hi, I have a design ready to submit but I can't because of the star rating. I am new to Design Crowd and haven't reached this level yet – but would love to submit my design as I have three years of experience designing invitations. Can you please invite me to this project, as I would love to work with you to create this design.
