Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a new company in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada called "Riva HR". It is currently a one-person HR consulting service geared towards small to medium sized companies to fulfill all HR requirements within their organization. This ranges from initial interviews, orientations, training and performance evaluations to terminations and post-employment issues. Ideally, I would like to work with dealerships, automotive groups, and small-medium sized local businesses. I would like the designs to use the colors blue and black. The final design should communicate trust and stability.

Riva HR - I would also consider having "Consulting Services" in the logo as well, but in a smaller text.
