Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a design for a 12 page (including front/back cover) square booklet, with religious images and aesthetically pleasing fonts/designs. I want it to be very simple, and very straightforward. The main focus of the project is it's content. So the design should be very nice, but also should point to the content, not take away from it, or create distraction. People should be more focused on the words than the imagery.

I enjoy modern designs, I need a sharp aesthetic that is clean and neat. Nothing over the top.
I have attached a word document with the content I would like on the pages.
