Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo as a jumping point for a company branding exercise. It is for use on a website, which is in the process of being developed as well as printed business cards & stationary. As a result, I would like the working files also please. I am a qualified coach, counsellor and facilitator. The logo is for my boutique solution-focused coaching consultancy called Crucible Coaching, which specialises in career, parental (specifically aimed at the parents of teens) and to a life coaching for both individuals and groups. The design should communicate elements like trustworthiness, growth, change and support. FYI - a crucible is place or situation in which concentrated forces interact to cause or influence change or development. It is also a trial or test. For the logo itself - I'm very open to all designs. Colour wise I like either orange or teal as a primary colour with maybe a touch of silver at this stage but once again I'm open here.
