Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a logo design for a new mobile gem mining company which is primarily for children. The logo should be gender neutral and attractive to a child, but not childish and not primary colors. I would love to see options with both the word and and &.
So, Gems and Geodes and Gems & Geodes.
Not required but would not mind seeing either or all gem , geode (open) and/or rock hammer. The company is based in Miami, FL so I do not need a wester theme at all. More clean and modern. Thank you!!
