Why?

Sorry Rhonda, for my negative comment, however the winning logo is very weak in my opinion. This is sadly a trend on this site, not exclusively in projects I compete in but most projects. Inferior and badly designed logos are often favoured over genuinely superior designs, for multiple reasons.
