Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a modern logo design for a consulting company, we bring leads and contracts to contractors through different lead gen funnels (doorknocking, facebook ads, etc.) Looking to veer off from the traditional contractor logo and do something simple and sleek. I really like the idea of something gold, maybe gold with a deep red sprinkled in, check the examples down below. Maybe incorporate something with arrows and a target?
