Hi,

Is there anyway to see some of your products so I can get an idea of the brand?
Thanks!

Do you have a website or like the person above asked is there a way to see some examples of products?

One more ? I was wondering what city or city are the stores are located in? And what demographic does your company see as its main clientele? Thank you

Hi Electric Llama,

Thank you for your query and your interest.
I do not have a website for 'small change' yet - in fact, this project: the development of a logo to represent the business, is a critical step in moving quickly to a web presence...

All of my final prototypes are currently with individuals who are using/testing them for four weeks in order that they can report on their experience of the object and I can finesse details in response to their feedback. I have a couple of very early pieces in my studio which I would be happy to photograph for you if that would assist - I feel that the most they will indicate, however, is the style of fabrics that have been selected for the first group of objects, as the designs have evolved considerably since the initial phase.

In answer to your questions in the second email, the 'small change' range was developed with a mid 20s - mid 60s demographic in mind, and the initial testing seems to confirm this breadth of appeal. The design of the first range is directed at a largely female user group, but a range of greater interest to male users will follow, so I do not want to develop a logo that is overtly feminine in nature (hence the placement of the sliders). The user group is likely to be quite design savvy - these are handmade objects, but are *not* developed around a 'handcrafted' or 'crafty' aesthetic.

In the first instance, the products will be sold in design galleries in Australia, as well as online.

Again, thank you for your interest. Please get back to me if you have further questions or would like additional detail.

Sincerely,
Jacqueline

Hi,

Thank you for your message. You will probably see that another designer has asked a similar question, so I have copied my response to that query below.

"All of my final prototypes are currently with individuals who are using/testing them for four weeks in order that they can report on their experience of the object and I can finesse details in response to their feedback. Thank you for considering my project - and please let me know if there is additional information that would be helpful.

Good wishes,
Jacqueline
