I HAVE RECEIVED SOME FIRST DESIGNS AND I HAVE A FEELING THAT ALMOST NOBODY HAS READ THE BRIEFING CAREFULLY.

What I need actually is the design of the main visual
THE MAIN VISUAL MUST COMMUNICATE THE CONCEPT.
THIS WEBSITE IS ABOUT THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.

The change of the main visual may be linked with other changes of other elements of the homepage, but this is the secondary task.

BACKGROUND
I have launched a blog on healthy productivity: managerup.com

The problem is that the main visual does not communicate clearly what the website is about.

Currently I have a blog with advice on healthy productivity and a shop. In teh future I would like to offer stress management courses, fitness boot camps for executives, mindefulness courses, courses for healthy sleep and work-life balance.

The task is to develop the homepage which communicates the current positioning:

Manager Up-
Take Yourself Up to the Next Level. More Success, Higher Productivity, Better Health.

The homepage should contain all the blocks of the current homepage. Actually the main task is to find the powerful design representation of the website positioning.
