Hi!Thank you for taking the time to read this. We would like to create a cartoon that would be used for a clothing brand, named Pragma. With that being said, we would like to know if we would receive the commercial use for this design. By commercial use we are referring to the right to the cartoon created and being able to use it in our products that we would sell. We also require confirmation that we are able to manipulate this character as we wish. If you create a character that is in a sitting pose, we need the right to be able to set the cartoon in any pose, as we see fit, giving us all rights of the character created. We would also do Instagram animation with the character, in the future, if everything goes well with the brand. We do need to confirm these details before moving forward. Thank you in advance.We would like to create a cartoon of a badass unicorn. We are looking for a unicorn that has personality, with human-like characteristics, that stands in two feet. It should be daring and have a chill expression, like “he is too cool for you”. The idea is that he is a unicorn, a creature that does not exist, that is so unique, one which there is only 1 (he is one of a kind and there is no other like him). We want the branding to reflect that everyone is cool and unique in their own way; so that these “cool and unique” people are the ones who will wear the brand. Kind Regards

• -A cool drawing that young adults would want to wear
• -The cartoon must have a chill, laid-back personality
• -Must stand in two feet, like a human with human-like characteristics
• - The cartoon must have a chill expression. We have uploaded 2 pictures as an example of the expression we want the character to have
• - For the character, we would like it to have the old-school cartoons vibe/feeling, similar to the Pink Panther.
