templates too traditional. looking for more cutting edge, higher design style

sure, to reemphasize...i'm looking for a more modern minimalist, higher design look than traditional medical websites...

i cannot at this time as I am seeing traditional templates so far from the other designers so far, and that is not what i am looking for...i don't want to get stuck paying for something i won't end up using.

as far as using sports action shots, i would encourage using the ones in my gallery that would look/fit the best for each section...
