Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design a logo and tag line for a 16 lot rural-residential subdivision in New Zealand. 'Bishops Wood' is the name of the bush on the land. The views to the west are towards Kapiti Island and the sunset. We want to call the development Bishops Wood Octavius Hadfield who was the Bishop of Wellington. The focus should be on the bush and Maori images such as a fish hook or koru (see the example in the Kapiti Coast design contest on Designcrowd).
For example, the letter B; with a tree/koru/fish hook could be good. Simple and elegant logo desirable because this is likely yo be a high end development.
