Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We would like to start a logo project for a card named "Exicard" which will especially be used in Russia. The card will be used in abroad. The card owners will be able to get concierge service and earn points and discount while shopping abroad.
The card is for the people who often travel abroad and spend large amounts of money and there will be two different levels as Exicard and Exicard Privé. Both levels will be provided for the individuals who are interested in luxurious products and Exicard Privé will be special to a few clients who spend larger amounts.
The colours of the card design is thought to be black and grey dominant. The logo should match these colours.
P.s. The logo should be designed for Exicard Privé. But if Privé is taken out of the project, the logo should be used for the other card.
