WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our company (ScribeConnect, www.scribeconnect.com) is developing a sister company/product (called Scribe ACCELERATOR) and we are looking for a web developer who can create our website on WordPress. The website will be a healthcare eLearning platform that hosts a Learning Management System compatible with SCORM or XAPI. We are using Articulate 360 software to develop our materials. We would like the website to be created on WordPress because our company's current website (www.scribeconnect.com) is on WordPress and we would like the two sites to be able to interface.We have a domain name (www.scribeACCELERATOR.com) for the new website, as well as a logo and color pallet that we would like to be integrated into the new website design (see attached). We would like the new site (www.scribeACCELERATOR.com) to be able to interface with our current website (www.scribeconnect.com), and we would like the two sites to maintain some visual continuity. A bit more about the website – functional capabilities and what will be housed on the website:• ONLINE COURSE SERIES: We currently have ~ 20 hours of video footage accompanied by 22 PowerPoint slide sets (1,500 PowerPoint slides in total). We would like users to be able to purchase access to the video footage and/or PowerPoint slide sets on our website (and access these on our website once purchased). We would like the PowerPoint slide sets to be downloadable; the video footage will remain on our website and will not be downloadable.• TEXTBOOK & WORKBOOK: We also have a 424-page eBook (textbook) and a 234 pg workbook (eBook) that align with the online course series. We would like users to be able to purchase (and then download) these on our website as well. The Textbook and Workbook are both organized into 4 modules. We would like users to have several different purchasing options: 1) option to purchase each module of the textbook individually; 2) option to purchase the textbook as a full entity (all 4 modules together); 3) option to purchase the workbook (full entity); 4) option to purchase the textbook in a bundle with the course; 5) option to purchase the workbook in a bundle with the course. • END-OF-CHAPTER/UNIT QUIZZES: Each module in the textbook (and course) is made up of 5-6 different chapters/units, and each chapter/unit has an end-of-chapter/unit quiz that students (who purchase access to either the course or textbook/eBook) can take and receive feedback on. We would like for students/users to also be able to track their progress and scores on these quizzes. The end-of-chapter/unit quizzes will not be downloadable; students must access them through the website only (they will be housed on the website).• FINAL EXAMINATION(S) & CERTIFICATION: The course and textbook/eBook are each accompanied by a final examination that students will be able to access and take on the website and receive a grade/score. The final examination will not be downloadable; students must access it through the website only (they will be housed on the website). Students who earn a score of  95% on the final exam will earn a CERTIFICATE. We would like for students/users to also be able to save their final examination score and proof of certification on the website (preferably on the same page that allows students/users to track their progress and scores on the end-of-chapter/unit quizzes). Students who do not receive a score of  95% will have the option to purchase access to a second final examination (which is separate from the first final examination), and which can qualify for certification with a score of  95%.• UNIQUE LOGIN INFORMATION: Any purchase on the website (course subscription/access, textbook, workbook, or bundle) will provide each customer/user/student with a unique login/username and password. We would like the username and password to provide access to the materials purchased on the website for 1 year.• ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: The student/user’s login information will also provide users with a variety of resources that will be available on the website and will track user progress and scores for quizzes and exams. These resources will include word (.doc), excel, PowerPoint (.ppt), and pdf/jpg documents, as well as some video content.• 1-YEAR SUPPORT OPTION: In addition to the above-mentioned products, we would like for users to be able to purchase a 1-year support option that will provide them with access to a variety of additional resource materials that will be housed on our website for up to 1 year (and we would like the ability to add and archive resources in this area throughout the year). This “bonus resource package” will be available as a bundle with purchase of the course and/or textbook and will also be available as a standalone product. The “bonus resources” will include: Word documents; Excel documents; PowerPoint documents; support from our staff to answer any questions that arise; Live- and recorded zoom meetings and webinars on a variety of topics ranging from research articles to round table discussions.In sum:• We would like our website to be able to host video footage as well as .pdf and .doc, .ppt, and excel documents. • Some of this content will be downloadable for free, some will be downloadable for-pay, and some will not be downloadable.• We would like users to be able to register, purchase (pay for), and access the course and eBook online and we will require test, quiz, and certification modules for the students so that each student will be able to take quizzes, receive feedback on quizzes, take a final exam, and receive a certificate based on the final exam score.• We would like to give registered users the ability to TRACK, LIST, and MANAGE their course, quiz/exam, and certificate progress and holdings on our website.• We will require payment portals, with the ability for different users to have access to different content• Users will need to be able to log-in and log-out using a unique username/password.We would like for this website to have the following pages:• Home Page• About Scribe ACCELERATOR/Why Chose Scribe ACCELERATOR• Testimonials• Products• Shopping Cart (used to check out and pay)• About ScribeConnect (ScribeConnect is the company that created Scribe ACCELERATOR. We would like for PMS 153 C Copper to be used for the orange.We have also attached a sample of the eBook that will be available for purchase on our site (note: the colors and logo of this sample will be updated to use our new logo and color pallet). We also included a still image sample of the video footage (again: the colors and logo will be updated to align with those used in our new logo and color pallet).Eventually, we plan to expand the website’s functionality to house more than one course, and we may choose to work with the selected developer/designer on this expansion project as well. It would be helpful if we could find a designer who can also help us develop this site. This would require the developer to have experience with various LMS platforms in order to assist our company in selecting the best LMS platform to use. The developer will need to develop the entire platform including the site layout, LMS integration, Shopping Cart, Payment portal, etc.
