Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my new business called In The Room. In The Room is a leadership coaching and facilitation business established to help leaders confront conflict and interpersonal tensions in the workplace through face to face facilitated dialogue. The ethos is based on the idea that by being courageous and vulnerable in the face of these challenges we can create greater connection and understanding within teams and move to a stronger and better place. It's about choosing to be creative and connected in order to evolve rather than the reverse. All the key work takes place face to face, in the moment- in the room- hence the name.

The Logo will appear on business cards, website, email footer, linkedin, brochures etc. Needs to be simple and elegant- appeal to the corporate market without being too corporate.

• A simple elegant symbol
• The ethos is about harmony and creativity through dialogue
• The Words: In The Room, displayed clearly (all words equal emphasis; no one word should be emphasisied)
• Minimal design- cool NOT MASCULINE, blocky, hard
• Feminine
• Intellegent
• Corporate appeal without being corporate
• simple cool font
• Coloured or black on one side of business card, white on the other

Schön zu haben

• A unqiue symbol that is distinctive
• I like sacred geometry, simple is key
• Shades of green/sage/olive/teal/khaki with balck/white/grey
• Symbol could depict a room and a meeting of minds
• Symbol could depict evolution (dna spiral)
• Symbol could depict connectivity/oneness
• Or an elephant in a room (as in 'talking about the elephant in the room')... but that would have to be very cool and simple
