We need to update our logo to be more modern and reflect more what our company is. We identify the hidden strengths and weaknesses of people with a test called Axiology. The axiology reveals how people determine the value of things. Valuing is assigning priorities. It is choosing something instead of something else. It is thinking about things in relation to others and deciding which is better. It is to decide what is "good". People assign value according to consistent individual and unique patterns that make up their value structure. It has two main uses: For companies in personnel selection and equipment improvement For people: With Axiologic you can identify, accept and appreciate your talents and thus develop your potential.
