CD-Cover-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Olivia and Andrea Corish are releasing an independent EP of songs for children. We are looking for CD Cover Art which will be used in all public releases of the music, as well as back cover and disc art which will be used in hard copies. The feel of the album is a Tim Burton meets Alice in Wonderland meets Beatrix Potter. You can listen to some songs “Moonlight Masquerade” and “Sleep Baby Sleep” on Youtube to get an idea of our musical style. We are happy to consider all styles of artwork, however something visually appealing to a young audience is suggested (not abstract). You will be credited on the back cover for the artwork. We require artwork to meet the following specifications:
• Artwork must fit correctly within the given dimensions (templates for front, back and disc provided)
• The scene is a child’s bedroom at night (gender neutral)
• As per the songs on the EP, the following items are to be located in the room and highlighted in some way:
o The moon with a creepy smile
o A big spider
o A princess tiara
o Monster eyes under the bed
o Clouds and angels on the wall
• Text on the front cover:
Hallow Kids! (Title of the album)
Olivia & Andrea Corish (Names of singer/songwriters)
• Back cover Image: Simple image or two, like a spider hanging from a web in the corner
• Text on the back cover (easy to read font, larger size for the songlist):
