Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a new company called "Shadow Advantage". This is a sister company from my current Speech Language Therapy practice for children. We aim to train shadow teachers who will work with students at their schools, supporting them and helping them achieve academic goals. The final design should communicate stable, no-nonsense, effective and professional shadow support. I feel that a simple logo with a play around of the font might work although I am open to other ideas.
