2. Who is Mullwin & Partners
Mullwin & Partners (“MWP”) is a new age merchant banking partnership that facilitates commercial transactions between startups and corporations through our exclusive access and network of personal relationships to decision makers. We originate uniquely scalable startup technologies that are proven to de-risk implementation with our corporate clients on purely commercial terms. Our Corporate Access Agency (“CAA”) division leverages our vast network of Board level decision makers to shorten deal cycles to less than 3 months. Our Principal Investment Strategies (“PIS”) unit invests in special situations with uniquely scalable startups in need of funding and client access.

Our vision is to lead technology adoption amongst all stakeholders including leading corporates and their clients as well as public institutions. We leverage legacy networks with new technology and innovation for broad and immediately scalable impact. We persistently scour the globe for new and interesting startup innovations that are relevant to the objectives of our corporate clients. Our business model is constantly evolving to the needs of our stakeholders including startups, corporates and institutions.

Our business model is technology agnostic, market neutral and asset light to ensure maximum risk-adjusted impact.

MWP is co-founded by sponsors with high-level professional executive backgrounds in investment banking, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, advertising agency, management consulting and CXOs in various industries. MWP has unique network access to personal relationships with key decision makers of corporations and institutions, both private and public, which cannot be replicated, substituted or disrupted by technology.
