Marmalade Property Solutions- We work with Property Investors and Landlords to help maximise ROI on property investments through creative strategies to secure long term growth, cashflow and profit.Our core business expertise is around HMO (houses of mutiple occupancy), property management, rent to rent and acquiring property through Purchase Options and Lease Options.We are a startup and want a classy but cool look - Marmalade should be memorable, all our tenants get a small jar of marmalade when they move in, I like the idea of a house looking like a jar of marmalade - so the roof could have a chequered design of white and orange like on a jar of marmalade.
