Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a scalable logo design for our company website, social media bundle (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn etc) to include a unique design for a favicon, stationary bundle, logo wallpaper, profile picture, business card and email signature design. The design may incorporate a tagline.

Vector files are necessary and need to be converted to other formats such as PNGs or JPGs. We need horizontal, vertical, and square versions of the logo. Logo on transparent background, negative version, logo on white background, black & white version and version on corporate colour background.

A brand guidelines document to outline where and how a logo can be displayed, fonts guide and at what file dimensions.

The company is a real estate advisory firm, we provide professional property services and are focused on business rates (commercial property taxation in the UK). The website domain is www.rateablevaluations.com. Rateable Valuation can be shortened to RV and therefore the RV may be a key design element, perhaps as a monogram.

**To clarify, please note, the target industry is commercial properties and not residential or domestic property, so please when incorporating designs of buildings its important to focus on commercial property such as shops, offices, industrial buildings etc.**
