As a designer following your instructions, sometimes it is not easy to understand
exactly what it is you are looking for. Instead of a 1 star rating
(which damages our overall rankings)
we would prefer you just eliminate the design as opposed to a 1-star rating.
Or, give it no rating and supply feedback so we can re-design this for you.

Thanks for your feedback... Also, Its absolutely fine to rank someone's work by giving him stars, but if you are giving someone one star then you should also give him the reason for that rating so that the designer could understand the area of improvement as low star rating really affects the ranking of the designer on the scoreboard...
