Landing Page-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a landing page re-designed for a new website www.rateablevaluations.com and the website is live if you search the address provided.

We need the industry standard files for embedding this into the landing page of our website. The company is a real estate advisory firm, we provide professional property services and are focused on business rates (commercial property taxation in the UK).

We have uploaded a file which is meant to provide a visual guide as to how we envisage the landing page looking. You are free to come up with an entirely different creative design. The image at the top with the search button is taken from another website so the design will need to be distinctly different but may follow the same theme. Furthermore, the colour palette does not need to be followed slavishly and can be modified changed and improved upon. It might be that you want to incorporate other visual cues such as a desktop PC, laptop and iPad as these are devices the website will be accessed from; however, this is not essential and only a guide.

**To clarify, please note, the target industry is commercial properties and not residential or domestic property, so please when incorporating designs of buildings its important to focus on commercial property such as shops, offices, industrial buildings etc.**
