well thank u for ur regards. i keep ur kind words. btw i av been working here more than 1 year and i av lots of finally selections during this time but none of em finally withdrawn to my self. a lots of my hard effort wasted. i donot complain any1 . maybe there r some others better than me, i still keep happy and calm , coz im peacefull :)
