L = LEGERETE = ligthness / casualness / humor
I = INTEGRITE = integrity
B = BIENVEILLANCE = caring / goodwill
E = EXIGENCE = requirement / demand
R = RESPECT = respect
T = TENACITE = tenacity / determination / persistence
E = ENERGIE = energy
