Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a medical web app we are about to launch. It is meant to streamline orthopaedic services across the UK. So far we have bootstrapped it and did all the design ourselves. Unfortunately we are doctors not graphic designers and it shows. The app is being backed by our National Health Service therefore the logo needs to be professional, but we would like to keep it modern at the same time. The colour scheme for it is teal #01b5ad grey #767676 and white #ffffff . We would like it to translate nicely into a favicon so we were thinking something contained within a circle but we're happy to see other ideas. Additionally we'd like a stylised company name. It probably is a good idea to go to our website to get a flavour of where we are at the moment https://www.orthopathway.com . The drawing behind the logo is staying as it's an integral part of the app so we're only talking about the round logo and text. It doesn't have to be an arrow at all - we just want something to represent an improved patient pathway and speedy decision making in medicines frontline. Please no regurgitated work we have all seen before - that I think we could do ourselves, we would like to elevate it to something better.
