Schilder-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Due to new rules put in place, we are needing a complete redesign for our hanging lawn signs. The new rules stipulate that our (Michael Smith Team) logo must be located adjacent and approx the same size as our brokerage logo (Century 21) both of which are attached. The sign size is 24"x 30" and the design should factor in grommets located top and bottom (to hang the sign and future attachments) are spaced 20" apart. I have attached a photo of our current sign for reference, though please note, I am looking for an all-new design.

The design should be both eye-catching and inviting. Designed to grab someone's attention while they are driving by. Extra attention will be paid attention to designs that keep the attention on the Michael Smith Team logo while still working within the same size parameters.
